Chloe is finally discharged from the hospital. The fun begins August 16 2013
Chloe is finally discharged from the hospital.
We had to put her e-collar on her so she doesn't go after the cast. It can't get wet at all or it could infect her incision.
The vet tech went over all of the consigns to take care of Chloe. The road is going to be very long and tough.
The biggest issue is to keep our 15 months old Chloe from playing too rough with Cali. They love to wrestle. Especially during the 9 o'clock comedy hour. Every night at 9pm, they wake up outf their food coma and start wrestling. It's so funny. I'll have to post a video when Chloe is back to100%.
So no wrestling for 12 weeks. ouch!
She also has to take 2 pills every 12 hours.
She gets a new cast every 3 to 4 days due to her surgery. The vet needs to make sure the incision heals properly.
We also have to try to keep her confined to a small area for the first few days so she doesn't hurt herself.
